Evaluation of the Safety of Mesenchymal Stem Cell-Derived Extracellular Vesicles for Treating Liver Fibrosis: Phase I Clinical Trial
1) Main objectives:
Evaluate the safety of umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell secretions (VinEV-3) in cirrhosis patients at designed doses
Determine the recommended dose of VinEV-3 for phase 2 clinical trials
2) Secondary objectives:
Evaluate changes in serum ALB, AST, ALT, GGT, ALP levels, Child-Pugh score, MELD score, and quality of life after VinEV-3 treatment
