Biography
Dr. Le Phuong Hoang Anh is a stem cell researcher at the Vinmec Research Institute of Stem Cell and Gene Therapy (Vinmec–VinUni) in Hanoi, Vietnam. He obtained his Ph.D. in Medical Sciences from the University of Tsukuba, Japan, under the Japanese Government (MEXT) Scholarship.
His research expertise includes molecular biology, pluripotent stem cells, mesenchymal stem cells, and translational regenerative medicine. Since 2023, Dr. Hoang Anh has served as leader for clinical and preclinical studies, including the evaluation of autologous adipose tissue–derived mesenchymal stem cell therapy for female sexual function impairment and the assessment of the anti-aging effects of mesenchymal stem cell secretions (VinEV) in non-human primates. He is responsible for study design, scientific oversight, and compliance with ethical and regulatory requirements.
