Biography
Duc-Hiep (Harry) Bach, Ph.D. is a molecular scientist specializing in immunometabolism and cancer molecular biology. He completed an accelerated integrated M.Sc.–Ph.D. program at Seoul National University, widely recognized as the leading research university in South Korea, followed by research training at MD Anderson Cancer Center, consistently ranked among the top cancer centers in the United States, and Houston Methodist Hospital, nationally recognized for excellence in patient care and frequently ranked first in Texas.
His research focuses on metabolic regulation of tumor–immune interactions and translational cancer biology. He has authored high-impact publications in Nature Communications, Cancer Research, and Oncogene, with an h-index of 18 and more than 2,000 citations. In addition to academic research, he has led FDA-regulated drug development projects in the U.S. CRO environment, including SOP development, cGMP workflows, and quality systems. His research achievements resulted in multiple interview invitations from principal investigators at Harvard Medical School.
