Biography

Dr. Pham Thu Hong received the B.Sc. degree in biotechnology from VNU University of Science in 2015 and the M.Sc. degree in biotechnology from University of Science and Technology of Hanoi (USTH) in 2019. She obtained the Ph.D. degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Claude Bernard University Lyon 1 in 2026. Her research direction focuses on the molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying tissue regeneration and immunoregulation, using induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs), immune cells, and genome engineering technologies for regenerative medicine and the development of therapeutic strategies for human diseases. She have extensive experience in embryology, pluripotent stem cell biology, and CRISPR-Cas9–based genome engineering, including gene editing and gene expression regulation to investigate gene function and molecular regulatory mechanisms.
